Holiday Business Hours:
Please note that our office will be closed for Christmas Holidays for 4 days between Thursday December 24th 2009 to Sunday December 27th 2009. All shipments will resume & e-mails will be answered on Monday December 28th 2009.

Also, we will be closed for New Years Holiday for 4 days between Thursday December 31st 2009 to Sunday January 3rd 2010. All shipments will resume & e-mails will be answered on Monday January 4th 2010. Thank you & we hope everone has a happy holiday season!

We do combine shipping costs on multiple items that end within 7 days of the oldest auction win. Auctions ending after this time will have to ship in a separate shipment, no exceptions. Thank you!

All Parcels are Packed With Care...
- We make sure all of our parcels that are shipped out to all of our customers are packaged with great care and in strong boxes (or in padded envelopes if the item is a smaller more sturdy piece). We also make sure that your item is well protected by packaging material to ensure your item arrives to you in the best possible condition.

Save on shipping with multiple bids...
- Please e-mail to inquire about shipping costs for a combination of items (please include the specific items you are interested in along with your address). We do combine shipping costs on multiple items that end within 7 days of the oldest auction win. Auctions ending after this time will have to ship in a separate shipment, no exceptions. Payment must be made in one lump sum to be eligible for combined shipping.

Important Note about UPS Shipments...
- All parcel require the phone number of the receiver so they can contact you in case of problems delivering your parcel. Failure to provide a phone number with your payment may result in delay of your parcel. Using our checkout system will require you to provide a phone number before you can proceed (it can be updated in your registered eBay address information).
- All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received Monday to Friday. Holidays can sometimes delay parcels, if this happens, we will always post a notification on this page.

Some Final Important Information...
- Important note about refused, undeliverable or unclaimed parcels & invalid addresses: Any parcels we receive back to us as 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable' or 'Refused' by the receiver, or with an incorrect/incomplete address and/or no contact phone number provided by the customer, we will require the customer must pay the postage to resend it. It is your responsibility to make sure you provide us with your correct shipping address were parcels can be received with your payment. All shipments sent to the incorrect address due to the customer's failure to provide us with your correct shipping address become the responsibility of the customer to claim. Replacements shipments cannot be shipped unless paid for by the customer.
- If you are located outside of Canada and the USA you should be prepared to pay any customs fees or applicable taxes that may be imposed by your country and/or UPS for delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver.
- By bidding on any of our items, you agree to pay the specified shipping amount and agree to these terms. If you have any questions about shipping methods or charges, e-mail us BEFORE you bid.

- Canadian residents please add 5% GST
- Ontario, Canada residents please add 13% GST & PST
- If you are a Canadian resident and are unsure of the tax amount, we will send an eBay invoice with the applicable tax as soon as possible during our normal business hours.
- Payment received that do not include applicable tax will be refunded and a new request will be sent.

Payment is accepted through PayPal only...
- We accept payments through PayPal only! PayPal is fast and secure and allows you to pay for your item(s) with any major credit card, Paypal account balance, or directly from your bank account. Payment must be made in one lump sum to be eligible for combined shipping.

Payment Methods We Do Not Accept...
- We do not accept payment by money order, cash, money transfer, or by credit card outside of PayPal. We only accept PayPal, no exceptions. This ensures transactions will be completed as efficiently as possible. Thank you!

Serious Bidders Only Please...
- By bidding on any of our (or anybody's) eBay auctions or purchasing an item through our eBay store listings you are entering into a contract to pay for the item if you win.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction. You will receive an automatic reminder to pay after 5 days of the auction end if payment has not already been received. A 'Non-Paying Bidder' despute will be filed if payment is not received after 7 days, the buyer will be blocked from bidding on our other auctions and we will repost the item for sale.
- We answer all e-mails during our normal business hours through the week. To view our business hours, please see below.

IMPORTANT...
If you do not receive an end-of-auction e-mail or a confirmation of payment received (if payment is made) within 24 business hours, please contact us through eBay. The only reason you would not hear from us is because we are having problems with your e-mail address.

Q: Can I pay you in a currency other than US funds?
Our auctions and store listings are in US funds and payment should be made in this currency. The only other currency we accept is Canadian funds (we are located in Canada). If you would like to pay in Canadian funds instead, please send us an e-mail and we would be happy to help.

Q: Where will my parcel ship from?
We are located in Campbellville, Ontario (Canada) and all parcels ship out of our location here.

Q: Where are you located and can I pick-up my item(s)?
We are located in Campbellville, Ontario (Canada), unfortunately pick-up is not an available option, all orders must ship.

Q: Can I combine items to ship together, and if so, what will my combined shipping cost be?
We do combine shipping costs on multiple items that end within 7 days of the oldest auction win only (payment is due within 7 days of an auction's end, therefore extending the time to combine items would result in overdue payments). Auctions ending after this time will have to ship in a separate shipment, no exceptions. Actual shipping is based on the overall size/weight of the items being combined, and the destination address. If you would like a quote please e-mail us with your destination postal/zip code and the item numbers that you are interested in combining and we would be happy to help. Payment must be made in one lump sum to be eligible for combined shipping. Thank you!

Q: When do I have to make payment by?
Payment is due within 7 days of an auction's end date. If payment is not received in time, a payment reminder will automatically be filed through eBay.

Q: What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal, through PayPal you can use any major credit card to pay for your item(s), or you can use your PayPal balance or bank account to transfer your payment to our PayPal account. Complete payment details will be e-mailed immediately after an auction ends.

Q: Can I pay by cash/money order/check/Western Union/direct bank transfer or any other method you have not listed?
No, we do not accept payments by any other method that is not PayPal.

Q: Can I pay by credit card over the phone?
No, we unfortunately do not accept orders or payments over the phone, please email us and someone will get back to you immediately. You will never recieve an auto-response, your e-mail will always be answered by a real person. We only accept credit card payments through PayPal.

Q: I have paid for my item(s), when will my order be shipped?
Your parcel will be shipped either the same business day your payment is received (if it is received before UPS picks up that day's shipments) or the next business day. Parcels are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Q: Will I be able to track my order online?
Yes, online tracking information is automatically e-mailed to you from UPS as soon as your parcel is scanned into their system. If your parcel is being shipped by Canada Post a shipment number will be provided.

Q: Is my order insured?
Yes, every parcel we ship is fully insured and this is covered in the shipping cost (there is no extra fee for insurance).

Q: When will you leave me feedback for our transaction?
Our feedback system will automatically leave positive feedback for you once you have received your item, are happy with the transaction and your feedback has been left for us. If you ever encounter any problems with our transaction, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can help.

Q: Can you please ship by a slower service through USPS instead?
No, unfortunately we can not ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) because we are not located in the United States. We are located in Canada and shipping anything through the Canadian postal system is expensive and can take much longer. We will not ship anything internationally by surface mail because it is very unreliable and we have had too many problems when shipping items by this method in the past. Therefore we only use UPS as this will insure you receive your parcel safely and quickly. However, we will ship by Canada Post to PO Box addresses (since UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes), APO/FPO, non-continental USA addresses, Alaska, some Canadian areas, and some international areas that are remote causing the UPS rate to be too expensive.

Q: I live in Canada and invoice shows that I have to pay taxes. When I order from the U.S. or some other Canadain sellers I do not have to pay any taxes. Why do you charge tax and will I have to pay extra customs fees to UPS?
We are a registered business in Ontario, Canada and we therefore must collect and remit Canadian & Ontario Provincial sales tax by law. Our registered business number is supplied on all transaction receipts for your reference. International vendors do not have to collect taxes from outside of their country & smaller Canadian companies do not have to collect tax due to small volumes of business. Usually when you receive a parcel from outside of the country you have to pay this sales tax anyway to Canada Post or the courier that delivers your parcel. However, since your parcel will ship to your from within your own country, you will NOT have to pay any extra customs fees or taxes to receive your parcel.

Q: I live in the U.S., will I have to pay extra customs & duty charges for orders shipped to me?
No, United States customers will not have to pay any import tax or extra customs fees.

Q: I live elsewhere in the world (not in Canada or the USA), will I have to pay extra customs & duty charges?
Yes, International parcels may be charged extra customs, taxes or duty which will vary depending on your country. UPS may also levy their own fee for clearing your parcel through customs. We mark shipments appropriately to help avoid excessive customs fees, but if customs or UPS decide to charge a handling fee for your order this is beyond our control and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Import & customs laws are subject to change.

Q: What are your return policies?
Our return policy for each item is listed in it's auction details. In most cases you may return your order within 14 days for a refund of the item's ending price (but not shipping costs), unless otherwise noted in the auction. Items sold 'as-is' are final sales and are not eligible for return. Unfortunately we cannot accept items back that have been opened, thus rendering them unsellable. Issues regarding damaged items (damaged in transit) will be dealt with through mutual communication, if you ever encounter any problems please contact us and we will be happy to help.
