We take pride in the quality of our work.  Our main construction is glued and screwed together, not just nailed.  We use a minimun of finish nails.  Most of our pieces are built from solid 3/4" white pine, with 1/4" plywood backs.  All of our exposed screw holes are recessed, plugged with matching wood and sanded smooth.  We use only the finest finishing products.  Every piece is stained first, sealed inside & out with a spray lacquer sealer and then we use 2 - 3 finish coats of lacquer.  Each piece of wood takes the stain differently, bringing out the natural grain, knots and swirls in the wood.  Because of that, no two pieces will look "exactly" alike.  We try to blend our boards, so they are not too knotty or too clear, for a unique country look.
