Family
Motorsports, Inc. (family-motorsports.com) is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and specializes in
wholesale and retail sales and service of import on and off road motor vehicles. Our mission is to
provide our customers with quick, courtesy service all the way from their
first step through our door (either the virtual kind or our
Pittsburgh showroom) until they come back and visit us again. We are
Licensed by Department of Motor Vehicles
as a Vehicle Dealership and staffed by Licensed Dealers. Our Full Service
Dealership includes a 20,000 square
foot office complex where we warehouse and display the most popular models
available for immediate purchase, we are planning on opening more retail stores in Texas and
Florida. Our Parts and Service Department features one of the best
motorcycle mechanics in Pennsylvania who has over 15 years
of experience in the Motor sports industry. Finally, to handle the unique
nature of internet sales we staff a special Support Section designed to be
your personal coordinator between sales, delivery, and should any problem
arise, the resolution for your order. With all this experience and

Assembly:
Most of our products come 95~99.9%
assembled, general assembly requires
mirrors, rear trunk, battery set up and minor
adjustments.
Be sure to tighten all screws, check
for appropriate levels of engine fluid and fully charge battery prior to
operation.
Fully assembled and pre-tested vehicles are available for local customers
at additional charge. Please see vehicle listing for detail.
Warranty Policy:
The length of the warranties on
these motor vehicles varies by model and is clearly indicated in the
listing.
By bidding and buying any
vehicle that we listed on eBay, you understand and agree
that the complete parts and labor warranty details, conditions,
limitations, and exclusions that are posted on
http://www.family-motorsports.com apply to each eBay transaction.
Parts & Service: The general processing time for each parts order
is 2 business days after the order is received and confirmed by our Parts &
Service Department. We reserve the right to determine what damage is
due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. 100% of
the parts are in stock and shipped to you via standard GROUND service. Next-Day
Air service is available at additional charge based on shipping weight,
delivery address and time the order is placed. We offer
our customers very low prices on all out-of-warranty parts.

Extended Warranty:
$99 /yr, $150 /2yrs or $199
/3yrs with a vehicle purchase. The manufacturer's warranty starts the day
when your vehicle is delivered. The extended warranty effective as soon
as the manufacturer's warranty expires. For example, if the
manufacturer's warranty covers 1 year parts and 2 years motor, and you
purchased a 3 years extended warranty at only $199, your vehicle's motor
will be covered under warranty for an entire 5 years. A 150cc or 250cc
motor costs $500~$900 plus shipping, if anything happens during the 5
years, we will ship you brand new motors free of charge, other warranty
parts will be covered for an entire 4 years.
Helmets:
We offer
DOT approved high quality helmets with any vehicle purchase via phone or
thru our website at
www.family-motorsports.com. A 50% discount is offered to eBay buyers
which is $50 to $60 after discount with each vehicle purchase thru eBay. Styles and

As a bonus,
there is no return on the helmet. Exchange is
available but only at your shipping expense.

Lift-gate Service: A lift gate is
necessary when the product you are receiving is too heavy for you and the
delivery person to lift off the truck. Lifting a large motor powered
vehicle off of the delivery truck usually takes two to four adults (the
delivery person plus two or three additional people). If you will be
receiving your motor powered vehicle alone or if you have special needs,
it is recommended that you purchase the additional service of having a
lift gate available when your motor powered vehicle is delivered.
Lift-gate fee is $50 or $100 per shipment regardless of quantity of vehicles.
Feedback:
If you have a problem with the bike such as damage, assembly or warranty
parts, do not leave us negative or neutral feedback to get our attention.
Instead contact us via phone or email. Positive feedback is automatically
left for you after you initiate. 100% of the issues are simply resolved
based on good communications and basic understanding of the buyers.
