Or, How To Keep From Growing An Ulcer
I'm 60, a retired/disabled Wildlife Biologist and Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army Signal Corps (24 years active and Reserve; Vietnam and Grenada). I enjoy a life of adventure, so I travel a lot to isolated and wilderness areas. Since I have a portable satellite internet system, I can keep up with my eBay activities, my favorite being buying and selling rare coins, especially Morgan silver dollars, while on the road. I'm also a very active amateur radio operator (K2FRD) and work DX (long distance) whenever I can. For more details, see my homepage (listed below) or, Fred's Adventure Page
I am also a very active adult Volunteer in the Boy Scouts of America at the District and Council levels. An Eagle Scout (1961), I have also worked as a Professional Scouter in two Councils. I edit the OCARG EAGLE, a monthly email newsletter for ham radio Scouting, the first and only of its type in the world. I feel the Boy Scouts of America is the finest and best youth organization in the world and as much as possible, I follow the tenets of the Scout Oath and Law in my daily life and with my eBay sales. Truth, openness, and honesty will always prevail in my auctions, even if it costs me money.
