At FretStore.com providing outstanding customer service is more than a policy it is our way of business. If you're not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 45 days, and we'll give you a full refund. Just bring it back or ship to The Fret Store Retail location (address above), along with your receipt, manual, blank warranty card, and all original packaging for exchange or refund (see restrictions below). Please call us at 423-581-3280 for a return authorization prior to shipping products back to our store.
Items are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, Airborne or USPS. Tracking numbers are not always available. If they are available, they will automatically be sent to you via email upon shipment by FretStore.com staff.
Return Authorization Number (RMA): All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA), be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse. Do not write on the original box, manual or warranty! Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return. You will need to ship the returned item back to us at our address below within 45 days of the end of the sale. Please see our complete shipping and returns policies for details and restrictions.
