The measurments in my clothes are with the garment laying flat on the bed

I depending on the garment and how I find it, most are clean, but I recomended always to clean second hand clothes, sometimes I don't clean them becouse I'm afraid to damage them, I'm very sloppy, and careless, I don't do any repairs either, I sell AS IS, sometimes the repairs needed are minimum and I included that on the description.
