A little about me:

As an experienced design engineer and hobby wood worker, I've always been on the lookout for good quality project plans and wood working information. I have amassed one of the largest collection of wood working plans on ebay and I am proud and honored to share it with the ebay community.

I've also branched out to offer many different types of unique digital information.  Unique software, rare books on disk, and sometimes I even offer old unique films and footage.

I believe you should never be charged excessive fees for shipping and handling. I believe you should get value for your dollar. And most of all, I believe in doing the right thing. I always encourage all of my customers to contact me if there is a problem with your order. I do my best to resolve all issues promptly and fairly, and I strive to keep my feedback as high as possible. If you have a problem with your order, please offer me the opportunity to make it right before you leave bad feedback. I value your positive feedback and will work hard to earn it from you.

My feedback should tell you that I sell quality stuff, and I try to ship them out as fast as I possibly can. Most customers get their product in a matter of days. There are however those times where the post office does not cooperate with me and it can take a little longer. For that I apologize. I guarantee that you will get your order, or I will replace it free of charge.

Also, I believe I have the best products for the money on eBay, period.  My feedback should tell you I sell quality stuff at a cheap price unlike no one else.  Given that fact, I do not combine shipping or offer multiple item discounts to customers who want to purchase more than one item.  That is unfair to all my other customers.  I truly and sincerely feel I offer the best deals out there that money can buy and encourage anyone to shop around to find out for themselves.
