Return Policy:
We offer a 72
hour inspection period on everything we sell, beginning
when you receive your shipment. You may return
your item for any reason by notifying us within three
days. Your refund will be processed once the item
has been received back by The Music Zoo and has been
inspected. Refunds are equal to the final bid
amount. Shipping is not reimbursed in either
direction. All items must return in the exact
condition they were when shipped from The Music Zoo, or
are subject to a restocking fee. Please be careful
to insure all returned items for the final bid amount.
Please contact us if you are having any issue at all
with your new purchase and we will make sure your needs
are met.
Payment Terms:
The Music Zoo
accepts all major Credit Cards, Bank Wire Transfer,
Money Order, and PayPal. You must be verified to
use PayPal and we will only ship to the Verified address
on your PayPal account. Items paid for by personal
check will not ship until the check has fully cleared, a
minimum of 10 days. All items picked up or shipped
within the state of New York are subject to sales tax.
We do not accept credit card as payment from any eBayer
located outside of the US. We recommend Bank Wire
Transfer, or becoming verified with PayPal. All
international money orders are subject to clearing
before item is shipped.
Shipping:
The Music Zoo
ships worldwide! Within the continental US,
shipping on a guitar is $45 for ground service fully
insured. Amplifiers and other accessories are
priced based on weight and size. Internationally,
we ship with DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship
with the US Postal Service to any location other than
APO. All items ship fully insured and are invoiced
internationally at the Final Bid Amount. We take
care to pack everything as professionally as possible.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please hold your item
and all packaging materials, and contact The Music Zoo
immediately.

or negative feedback, we ask that you please contact us
before bidding. We reserve the right to cancel
