Finally, an ecommerce company focused on serving it's customers and ensuring the best possible all-around shopping experience. Hello, my name is Marcus Morgan, owner of National Faucet Warehouse as well as other e-commerce web sites specializing in home decor products. Unlike many web sites that hide behind the web and only give you limited information, we want to open our doors and make you feel like you are walking into our showroom and picking something up off our shelves. My family and I have been selling home decor products to designers, contractors, and local homeowners in the Atlanta area for over thirty years. In 2002 we started a company called HM Wallace, Inc., allowing us to take our showroom and long respected customer service online. We found that the online business was a great challenge as well as a great opportunity for us to learn more about our customers and how better to serve each of them. In understanding that the competition is only one click away, we have made it our mission to provide the best possible service and customer experience, as well as the best price on the web.
We understand that it does us no good to have a great price if we make the customer wait six weeks on the item they have purchased. This is why it is our priority to focus on and support the brands we sell, stock a wide selection of these products and ship them directly to you from our Atlanta warehouse. By following these principals we have built a business that handles hundreds of customer transactions, phone calls, and shipments everyday. I hope you will give us an opportunity to prove that we don't just talk about great service, we provide the best possible service. Just because we have grown into a large business does not mean that I have forgotten the principals that made us successful.
