After many years the dream is beginning. As you can see (to the left) the latest "The Scented Realm" store. A lifetime of learning now into a reality.I have been out of the regular retail world for a good 10 years, but now I am back. You will never find a better selection of incense and oils anywhere. Over 25 brands and 300 fragrances.
I have been in the retail/wholesale business for over 30 years. My reputation rides on every sale I make. I want all my customers to be Satisfied Customers.
I believe in fast delivery and great service. I will be carrying some of the best Incense items & Oils that I can find at fair prices. I have more incense than most stores even dream of.
I also have a full line of Ziplock bags.

Hours of Availability


We are normally around Monday through Friday until 6pm. There are days when we am not available. Orders/questions received after that time will be handled the next day.
(Weekend orders & questions will be handled on Monday)

 

Product Policies


All items are NEW (unless noted on that auction). Items are checked when we receive them to avoid any issues. All items have basic descriptions no long drawn out explanations. If you have any questions e-mail us and we will be happy to address your concerns or questions. All auctions will have a picture of the item, sometimes we might show the item several different ways to give you a complete idea of the item. But only 1 of the items is on auction. we will note this on the auction.

 

Payment Policies


All payments must be received within 10 days or the item will be put back up for sale. PayPal is our preferred payment method. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment (weekends excluded) Items paid by personal check will be shipped as soon as the check has cleared, this normally takes 5 to 10 working days. Feedback is given to all purchasers when the payment is complete.

Express service available!!!

Shipping prices vary.

All orders are shipped with 24 hours. This does not include weekends, holidays and in some cases day after or before a holiday.

Orders received and paid by 3pm CST (Monday - Thursday) will ship out next day.


All items are shipped in boxes to avoid breakage, it does add a little extra weight to the item, but when you get your items in perfect condition its well worth it. 

We will not over charge for shipping. We are located in Chicago, Illinois.

If you order more than one item and want to save money on shipping ask for a total and we will combine items to save you shipping charges.
This includes Express and countries listed.
 

Items will be shipped via U.S.P.S. (U.S. Postal Service), to save you money. All items will be shipped either 1st class mail (if under 13 ounces) or Priority mail (if over 13 ounces). All boxes will be sent out with Delivery Confirmation.

Outside the US we ship Global Prority Mail.
Express mail for 1 day shiptime. 


We will be responsible for replacement of any shipment lost in transit only.
Once a shipment has reached its destination (confirmed via - U.S.P.S.) any losses are not our responsibility. If your shipment is shown to have been delivered and you don't have it, you will need to direct your complaint to your Mailperson/Postmaster, your neighbors or anyone who has access to your mail. Items sent outside the U.S. will only be covered if the item does not enter the country. Once it is in your country we cannot be held responisble for lost or stolen orders.
