Shipping
Domestic (48 Continental US States)
The Automotive Works ships to the 48 US states via UPS or Fedex Ground. The shipping rates stated in our auctions apply to the 48 Continental US States Only. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us prior to purchase for shipping options and rate quotes.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment being made and clearing. The Automotive Works requires a valid phone # for each and every order for verification purposes. We will not process or ship any order until we have verified the order via telephone. Not providing a telephone with your order will delay the processing and shipment of your order.
After all items have shipped, The Automotive Works will email tracking #s. Tracking #s are typically email within 2-3 business days of payment being made and clearing. Customers can go to the shipping carriers website and track the progress of their shipment using the tracking #s provided. The shipping carriers website will also state the exact date the items are expected to be delivered. The Automotive Works is not responsible for shipping transit delays. The shipping carrier controls shipping transit times.
The Automotive Works does not ship to APO or PO Boxes. UPS and Fedex can only ship to a physical street address.
International (Outside 48 Continental US States)
International customers are considered to be any customer residing outside of the United States (US). Canada is also considered to be an International customer for shipping purposes. The Automotive Works is happy to ship worldwide. Due to the heavy nature of the items we sell and the varying distance between International destinations, we cannot provide flat International shipping rates. To receive a International shipping quote, please contact us.
All shipping rates include transportation service only. Brokerage fees, duties and taxes are not included in shipping quotes provided by The Automotive Works. The Automotive Works does not pay brokerages fees, duties or taxes. International customers are responsible for paying all brokerage fees, taxes and duties.
Payment
Domestic (US & Canada)
The Automotive Works accepts payment via one of the following methods for US and Canadian Customers:
- PayPal
- US POSTAL Money Order
- Bank Wire Transfer
Paypal is the preferred payment method. Paypal allows you to make payment using any major credit card or your bank account. All Paypal payments must be shipped to the Paypal confirmed shipping address. If you pay via Paypal using a address that is NOT CONFIRMED, we will refund your payment and will not ship anything.
Contact us to arrange payment via Bank Wire Transfer or POSTAL Money Order.
Financing is available via Paypal only!. Please go to www.paypal.com to apply for financing and to get more details. Paypal handles all aspects of financing and The Automotive Works is not involved in the process. All financing questions need to be directed to a Paypal representative. Any questions regarding financing will not be answered. This is the only financing option available.
International (NON-US & NON-Canadian)
International customers are considered any customer outside of the United States (US) or Canada. The Automotive Works ONLY accepts Bank Wire transfers as payment for International Customers. Paypal and credit cards are NOT accepted for International customers. Bank Wire transfer instructions will be provided via our secure checkout system
