Who are we?
We are: Melany, Jon (grownups), Samantha, Adam (kids) and Elsa the Funky WonderDog. We live in Nipomo, California, on California's beautiful Central Coast. Are you ready to get funky?
The grownups in this family have been into retro for more years than they care to admit. Back in college (State University of New York at Binghamton, class of '89 and '90, for the curious) our fondest memories were of hitting the thrift stores, junk shops, and antique shops which were plentiful around Binghamton and nearby Johnson City and Endicott. Our favorite purchase was a great Art Deco cigarette machine with a back-painted mirror. Alas, that machine is long gone, but I may dig up and post a picture of it for nostalgia's sake.

Is your stuff made in China?
No, it's made right here in the good ole' USA. We are not a sweatshop. Elsa the Funky WonderDog doesn't even sweat; she pants. We were thinking of calling ourselves a pants shop but that would just lead to a lot of confused people asking us if we had anything in a size 12.
Is your dog made in China?
OK, you got us there. She's part Shar-Pei (and part travelling salesman). We got her at the Santa Maria Valley Humane Society but I suppose she's got an ancestor from China. And she would eat herself sick with Sweet and Sour Shrimp if we let her.
