Here is something I want my buyers to know about before buying from me. I want you to feel comfortable with who I am and what I am selling.

SOMETHING MORE ABOUT ME

I live in British Columbia, Canada. I have a beautiful, cheerful and cute little girl, Abigail. I just can't stop talking about her. She is the most wonderful thing in my life.

I started buying on ebay when I was pregnant and get so hooked up with it. I decide to start selling what I love most, Classic Pooh. It is so fun as I get to see all those cute and wonderful thing. When I see those things, I just want to buy them but I can't keep everything and so I told myself, why not sell it? I can have the joy of buying but don't have to keep them. I sell mostly nursery items from Crown Crafts and plush from GUND and items from Michel & Co.

Now, let's talk about the important thing. I ship from two places, both US and Canada. On my auction, it will state where the item is located and that is where it will be shipped from. I will and can only combine shipping when the items won are from the same location. If one is from US and the other from Canada, I can't combine shipping. Items located in US will be sent Priority Mail or UPS ground which will be stated in the auction. Items located in Canada will be shipped either Small Package Airmail, Expedited Service OR Fedex International Ground. PLEASE Understand that shipping from Canada is not cheap and when you see the higher shipping, it's not because I am making profit from the shipping. Canadapost and Fedex shipping cost is expensive but we need them to deliver the package. If the shipping cost feels high, please consider getting an item within US. Unfortunately, shipping cost never goes down. It goes up every year and that makes it hard for me to price it lower. So, buyer's understanding in terms of shipping cost is very much appreciated.

Please note that packages coming from Canada to US will normally takes 7 to 10 business days depending on custom clearance. I can't give you the exact delivery time as I don't know how long the package will take to clear at custom, PO can't give an exact time as well. For package coming from Canada, I ship either the very same day or the very next business day. If you don't like the longer delivery time, please DO NOT bid on items that will be shipped from Canada when you are in US.

For package coming from US, it will ship either on Tuesday or Friday.

Feel confident when you purchase from me. I always look into matters when there is a problem with an item or shipment. Please let me know when you are not happy with your purchase so I can resolve the matter. I won't be able to know that you are not happy if I wasn't told about it.
