2. Insurance policy

Your purchase will will entitle insurace of USD $40 (unless specifiy). The claim process may as long as up  to 2 months. Once your items arrived in bad condition , please take the picture first keep all the packing material and take a photo immediatly send to us for verification. We will pass your claim to the relavant agency for claim process.
