- 15-day return period.
- Restocking fee: 25%, all returns must be authorized by us. ALL sales are FINAL on massage chairs and are not returnable. Any applicable warranty will be handled and covered directly through the manufacturer
- Shipping cost not refunded on returns - Massage chair shipment is via AIT freight curbside delivery only.
- Dead-on-Arrival must report within 5-day.
- We also accept Money order, Cashier's Check, or personal check ( Must wait for clearance -7 business days)
