Although my professional background is in management and financial servicing, I have surrounded myself with Antiques, Primitives and Folk Art for as long as I can remember, and eBay was the perfect catalyst to combine my strong business sense with my passion for working with and preserving the best of the old and true, not to mention my love for photography…it’s a perfect fit for me all the way around! After selling on eBay for several years (and 15 years of marriage), God blessed my husband and I with our first child, Savannah, who’s now a rather charismatic 6 year old! Bidding
Please remember your bid is a contract, and good communication is the key. I willingly work with my customers through unusual payments delays, but otherwise follow eBay's standard procedures when contact or payment is not received timely. Bidding on my items indicates your acceptance of these terms.
Payment
Since it's my desire to extend personal care and friendly service, you can expect to receive an email invoice from me within 24 hours of auction close. I kindly request that you email me or remit payment within 4 days of auction close.
Insurance
In addition to offering the highest care in packaging my items, insurance is now included. Since it is the buyer who will be conpensated directly by the USPS, buyers are responsible for filing any insurance claims in the unlikely event of loss or damage. If the insurance was purchased online, I will assist the buyer by forwarding helpful links and pertinent information, and will forward insurance receipts to the buyer by mail when insurance was purchased in person.
International
With the exception of the countries which the U.S. Department of the Treasury has imposed sanctions against (as listed in USPS Publiciation 51), I generally welcome international bids and purchases, but please see each individual listing as I reserve the right to exclude specific items (or countries) based on the item being offered. Please note that I do trade honestly in all aspects and abide by all customs rules and regulations, including the accurate completion of customs forms. Merchandise will be declared with a value equal to your high bid and marked as "Other" (merchandise) on the custom form. Please be aware that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
