Here are a couple of important items to know about us and our responses to your inquiries:
1) We get about 1000 emails per day and answer them in the order they were received.
2) We respond to every email and resolve every issue, if you’ll give us time!
3) We respond to emails Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:30PM
4) We DO NOT answer emails after 5:30pm or on weekends, so please be patient, especially if you’ve sent an email Thursday night or Friday. It’s possible that we won’t get to your email until Tuesday of the following week. But we WILL get to it.
5) If you haven’t heard back from us in 3 business days, please call us at 918-251-1961 because for some reason your email hasn’t come through, SPAM blocker, transmission error, etc.
6) Remember that if you leave us negative feedback or file an eBay or Paypal Dispute inside of the 48 hour “business” hours time frame or don’t contact us before filing disputes or issuing negative feedback it will considerably slow down our ability to answer your questions or resolve your issue as we will be required to go through the eBay and Paypal dispute systems to resolve. Once that happens, we’re looking at, instead of a few days, a few weeks for complete resolution.
7) We have a much greater incentive to resolve your issue prior to the issuance of negative feedback and/or paypal claims, so give us a chance. We resolve almost EVERY issue and as quickly as we can!
8) Most of the small amount of negative feedback we receive comes from buyers that issue feedback or file claims within 24 hours of their original email and we just haven’t had time to respond and resolve.
9) So. If you’l l give us some time, and a chance, we PROMISE that we’ll answer your questions, and resolve your issues to your satisfaction!
Here is more information that might help answer your questions and that will make your transaction run more smoothly……
1) If your item weighs less than 2 pounds, we’ll probably send it USPS. If it weighs more than 2 pounds, it will go UPS, so PLEASE provide us with a physical mailing address if your item weighs more than 2 pounds. If you have a PO Box in the Paypal system and your item weighs more than 2 pounds, we’ll send you an email asking for a physical. But remember, not having your physical address can slow delivery of your item down until we hear back from you.
2) We generally DO NOT ship internationally, especially on larger and heavier items. We DO ship most of our items to Canada after adjusting shipping.
3) Our shipping rates posted in each listing apply to the lower 48 states only. Additional postage may apply to places like HI, AK, PR, USVI, GUAM, APO’s, AE, etc.
4) If you live in one of these areas and didn’t pay additional shipping, it’s possible we made it work under the PARCEL POST Tarriff, but expect delays in shipping. Especially if you have a military address.
5) If you’re paying by check. Make checks out to either eMarket or Just Camp (either one will work) and mail to eMarket 2600 W. Albany, Suite B, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
6) Combined shipping. We do combine shipping when possible, but we need some help from you! If you are going to be purchasing multiple items, WAIT to PAY until you are finished. We update our invoices every morning and recombine at that time. So even if we’ve combined and you decide to purchase something else, just buy it, wait and we’ll recombine again the following morning. When you’re done, pay and we’ll get it out next day!
7) Shipping times. We download orders every morning at 7:00 am. So if you’ve paid prior to that, your item will go out that day. Orders that get paid for after 7:00am will go out the following day. We use UPS for all items over 2 pounds and delivery times run between 2 and 5 business days depending on where you live. If your item weighs less than 2 pounds and depending on what you paid for shipping, it could go PARCEL POST or PRIORITY. Priority will take 2 to 3 days, Parcel post can take up to 10 days depending on where you live.
8) If we ship your item USPS, your tracking number will be in the eBay system under “View Order Details” on your transaction and is updated immediately after we’ve printed your label
9) If we ship your item UPS, and you’ve provided us with an EMAIL address in your payment, you will get an automated tracking number emailed to you through the UPS system when we batch out our end of day at 4:00pm Central time.
Finally, I just want to personally thank you for your business. We really do appreciate it and we do everything we can to make your experience a positive one at Just Camp. 99% of our customers have had excellent experiences with us and most of those who haven’t, didn’t give us a chance to make them happy! We do make mistakes from time to time, and transactions don’t always go smoothly, but you have my guarantee that if you’ll give us a chance, we’ll make it right, because we take pride in our business, value our customers, and most importantly, we want you to come back and hopefully tell a few friends about our wonderful eBay Business.
