Certified Check or Money
Order: Order will not ship until check
has been received and verified.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee.
All orders will be scheduled to ship within 3 business days AFTER
payment has been confirmed. Combined shipping is available for all auctions that end on the same calendar day. Please E-mail us for details.
Shipping within the contiguous 48 US states only.
We are unable to ship to APO's, FPO's or P.O. Boxes
International Transactions are NOT AVAILABLE!

:: RETURN
POLICY::
United Traders
offers a 10 day exchange policy only if the items sold are found
to be incorrectly described. The returned items will be exchanged
only if the return guidelines are followed:

The item must
be returned in all the original packaging, including cartons,
boxes, and copy of customer sales invoice.

All returns
must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be
accompanied with a return authorization (RA)
number.

Please place
the RA number given to you by United Traders, on two sides of
the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA
numbers on them will not be accepted.

Replacement
items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day the customer
received the original item.

Shipping and
insurance charges are not refundable.

No refunds.
Exchanges only accepted within 10 days and according to listed
guidelines.
