I'm always on the lookout for a "great deal" that I can pass on to my customers and I add new items constantly so it pays to check back often. I have an "open door policy" when it comes to my customers... e-mails, questions and comments about my products or my services are always welcome. Below, I've listed my payment, return and shipping discount policies for your convenience, some feedback from satisfied customers and a taste of the items I have to offer. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS


Please make your Paypal payment within 3 days. Buyer pays all shipping costs including optional insurance coverage. I ship within 2 business days after receiving payment. I am always happy to answer any questions regarding my products or services. International Buyers: please contact me for shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY


I strive to keep the highest level of customer service. If the item(s) is not as described when you receive it, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to make arrangements for the return. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the original packing slip included.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT/COMBINED SHIPPING


I know that every penny counts and I want to help you save money on shipping charges whenever possible. That is why I am more than happy to combine shipping on all items however, only purchases that are made on the same day qualify for the combined shipping discount. The only exception to the one day rule is if you make a store purchase and would like to combine your shipment with an auction that ends within 3 days of the purchase, let me know and I will send you a combined invoice at the end of the auction.

Please wait for an invoice for your entire order to receive the best discount. Items that are paid for separately will be shipped separately which means more cost to you. To avoid over/under payments on combined shipments, you can also request an invoice when your purchases are complete for the correct amount of combined shipping charges. If you have any questions in regards to combining a shipment, please e-mail me.
