I have been collecting stamps since I was a little kid, which was some time ago. As almost everyone, I began as a general collector attempting to get as many different stamps as I could to fill my 2 volume H.E. Harris Album. After a decade or so, I gravitated towards the older issues, as I began to limit my collecting to unused stamps of the world, pre 1940. I was using the old 5 Volume Brown Scott Internationals as my albums. I had them rebound and interleaved, and began to collect in earnest. After another decade, I began to form a couple of specialized collections. I was particularly interested in inverted center stamps of the world; the Rhodesia Double Head issues of 1910; Penny Blacks, and issues of the New Republic.

I started selling off my collections about 10 years ago, and having retired from my business career, slowly became a full time stamp dealer.
