ARE MY E-MAILS NOT BEING
ANSWERED? NO REPLY?
A: WE ANSWER ALL EMAILS THAT
ARE SENT TO US. We reply
directly to your e-mail
address you have on file
with eBay. We do not always
answer emails on weekends
though, so be aware of this
if you have emailed us
during the weekend.
Please make sure you check
your e-mail inbox and not
the eBay My Messages for our
response. Also, make
sure your e-mail spam
blocker is not blocking us.
We see this a lot. If you
use free e-mail like Yahoo
check your bulk mail folder.

Do you
combine shipping? Why was I
charged extra?
A: Yes, we combine shipping.
Most of our games ship for
3.99 each if you choose our
budget shipping option. This
method is slower and we do
not give combined shipping
discounts on the 3.99
shipping rate. Please see
the auction shipping section
for rates. You may upgrade
to a faster method at
checkout time for a small
fee. We do offer some
discounts on additional
items when you choose the
quicker shipping options
offered at checkout. There
is a shipping rates table on
the lower bottom right
portion of the page with the
details.
Q: How do I complete my
payment?
A: To complete payment you
can use the "Pay Now" button
at the top left of the eBay
auction page. There are also
checkout links in the e-mail
you receive after the
auction closes. There is
also a checkout link in the
auction that has a picture
of a shopping cart on it.
You may begin checkout by
utilizing any of these links
we provide.
Q: I
just won your auction and I
need an invoice to be sent.
A: Our automated checkout
system will combine all of
the items you have won into
one single invoice and bill
you the rate that was stated
in the auction. Multi item
purchases will receive our
shipping discount
automatically. There is no
need to email us for an
invoice.
Q: How do I pay with PayPal?
What is your PayPal e-mail?
A: To pay with PayPal you
must go through our secure
checkout system and select
paypal as your payment
method. Then the checkout
will re-direct you to
PayPal's site to complete
your payment. We have Paypal
set up to stop manual
payments. You need to use
the checkout to ensure we
get accurate order
information, and so your
order is not delayed.

When can I expect my order
to arrive?
A: USA Orders usually arrive
in 4-9 business days.
International orders usually
arrive in 1-3 weeks. No
tracking is available on
international orders.
Ocassionally customs
clearance may delay
shipments across borders. We
have seen some packages take
4-8 weeks to arrive when
this happens, but it is
rare.
Q:
How do I cancel this
purchase? Accidental
Purchases.
A: Normally, we do not
cancel sales on eBay. Ebay
charges us very high fees.
We pay over $30,000 per
month to eBay in selling
fees! Each time you agree to
buy an item we are charged a
fee whether you pay or not.
We need to report non-payers
to recover our fees from
eBay. So, if you agree to
buy you are required to pay
for it or we will report
it.

you have a problem.
A: Please allow us the
opportunity to resolve your
problem BEFORE posting any
neutral of negative
feedback. Ebay counts
neutral as negative now, and
we want to make sure you are
happy. We leave all buyers
feedback and we want it to
positive, but we expect you
to communicate with us and
allow us a chance to fix any
issues you may have first.

Handling Charge?
A: Please see the shipping

portion of the auction for
shipping rates to your
country.
Q: Can I negotiate shipping
charges?
A: No, shipping and handling
charges are non-negotiable.
Please do not ask us to. Our
games are sold at such low
prices we cannot afford to
give further discounts.
Q:
What is your return policy?
How do I return an item?
A: You may return your item
for an exchange or refund up
to 30 days. We extend this
time at Christmas for
holiday shoppers. New games
can only be returned if they
are still unopened and in
FACTORY SEALED condition.
Defective items will only be
exchanged. Used games can be
returned opened of course.
Non-defective returns are
accessed a 10% fee.
Q: Do you ship
internationally?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere on
the planet. Just buy
everything you want and our
checkout system will
calculate your rates when
you are ready to pay.
Q: I have not received my
item. When did it ship?
A: We ship orders every
business day. Weekends and
holidays are excluded.
Business days are Monday -
Friday. You should have
received an e-mail from us
when we shipped your order.
We send all shipping notices
to the e-mail address you
have registered with eBay.
If you did not get the
e-mail please make sure your
spam filter is not blocing
us.
