SHIPPING: WE SHIP EVERY BUSINESS DAY Most items ship out of our facility in 2-4 business days. We utilize USPS, UPS AND FEDEX to ship merchandise across the country and around the world in the fastest time frame possible to you. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment email from us as well as the parcel carrier. Be sure to have your email set to accept the shippers tracking emails as they will arrive to your email from the shipper direct and we can not resend these emails. No local pickups are allowed
COMBINED SHIPPING: We are happy to combine shipping. After the first highest cost shipping is paid each additional items ships for at least 50% off the posted shipping. You must email and wait for a combined invoice before paying for this discount to be applied. Do not pay until you recieve this combined invoice or the shipping discount can not be applied.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship international using only postal international priority mail which is insured and trackable. Please email for a quote before bidding. We accept confirmed paypal payments and credit cards direct for international payments. buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and/or custom fees that your country may charge. Items will be shipped as mechandise with end of auction purchase price paid posted on the customs paperwork. Items will not be shipped with lower values or marked as gifts. Please do not bid if you do not agree to these terms as there are no exceptions.
AVAILABILITY: We make every attempt to ensure all items are in stock. We stock most products here at our location but some items are shipped direct from the manufactuer. On rare occasion an item may be out of stock. In the event of this you will be given the option to wait for the item to arrive in stock or elect for an immediate full refund
RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via ebay email within 5 days of receipt of product for a return authorization. Product receipt is based on the day tracking shows item delivered. We will issue a refund of your purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
In order to bring you brand new, first quality merchandise at low low prices to be accepted for return, items must be in their original as new purchase condition. Items must be unused, unwashed and include the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. Please include a copy of your return authoriazation with an explanation for your return. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be initiated.
If you wish to exchange an item please email for a return authorization and simply purchase the new item through ebay. The restock fee still applys to the item being returned as all returned items must be removed from packaging, examined to ensure they are new, unused and in conditon for resale and then repackaged.
Please email with questions prior to bidding. We are not responsible if your monitor shows color different than actual item is. Please note different monitors may depict colors differently. We use manufactures pictures and/or photos taken in a professional photo studio to display items as accurately as possible. If the product is not as represented, or defective, we will be happy to offer a full refund. We must be notified via ebay email within 5 days of the receipt of your
purchase of any problems. If your item is not as represented or defective please email for a return authorization within 5 days from receipt of product per delivery confirmation of carrier. Items must meet the same criteria as a return and be unused, unlaundered in original packaging
FEEDBACK: We leave feedback automatically. Once you receive the item and are happy please leave positive feedback and our system will automatically reciprocate with positive feedback. Any problems or concerns you must email us prior to leaving feedback to allow us to resolve any problem you might have. We value our customers and will go the extra mile to resolve any problem.
All non paying bidders will be reported to eBay regardless of reason for non-payment A bid or buy it now on eBay is a binding contract. If you choose to bid or buy it now on items that you choose not to pay for we must get our fees reimbursed via the eBay non paying bidder process.
BID RETRACTIONS: It is the buyers responsiblity to withdraw any unwanted bids they have placed. If a buyer allows an auction to end with a winning bid or buy it now placed on their Ebay ID, ebay sees this as a closed/won auction. Ebay charges us the minute an auction closes with a winning bidder for this sale and the buyer is obligated to purchase this item. Ebay fees have become very high and if you choose not pay for an item we must request our fees back through the ebay non paying bidder process. There are no exceptions to this. Please do not bid if you will not be completing a transaction.
PAYMENT Please reply to the end of auction notice within 3 days with your payment details. We do not guarantee that your item will be available after 3 days if we are not contacted as to when we will be recieving payment. It is the buyers responsiblity to ensure that their paypal or credit card payment is recieved within the ebay time frame of 4 days. Buyers are also welcome to call us at our shop Monday thru friday and pay direct with a credit card 503-452-3749
