We ask that when you send us an email or a fax about an order, please make sure to include all the information about the item such as: item description, item auction number, as well as your shipping and contact information.
Inventory Availability We know how important it is getting your order on time. We do our best to keep as much stock as we can at our Michigan warehouse. Most products are available to ship same-day. Please understand that all items we sell in our eBay store we also sell to our own store customers who order directly from our site or call us. Therefore, at times, a product may become unavailable for fast shipping. We make every attempt to keep them available. If you order an item that becomes unavailable beyond 10 days, we will offer a refund or a similar replacement based on YOUR request.
Payment Methods All major credit cards accepted. We prefer to be paid via PayPal. To pay by credit card, call us at (818) 206-8168 or you can fax your credit card and billing address along with the information about the item that you bought at (818) 937-6914 .
All international orders must use either Paypal Verified, bank wire or a USA valid credit card only. We grant exceptions based on eBay feedback ratings or prior business with us, so for such arrangements please email us before buying.
International Fees/Taxes: We are not responsible for Tax, Duty, or VAT. International customers are liable for all Tax, Duty, and/or VAT charges from their specific country. Please check your local rates before you purchase from us. Please understand, we don't charge you these fees, your government does.
Shipping Information Shipping in the USA will be made via UPS Ground unless we receive a different request in advance. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order goes out. We also ship to the following locations for an additional charge via USPS Express Mail International: Europe, Asia, Mexico, Australia and South America. We will only ship to the address that is on file with Paypal. International Customers are required to submit their phone number. Please don't ask us to ship your item as a gift!

If you don’t find your order in our tracking system it doesn’t mean that it didn’t ship yet, as it might have been drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Please email us if you have tracking questions.
Refunds & Returns
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged/missing items must be received within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise. Email us at ebaysales@vintagemicrophone.com with complete details of damaged/missing parts, along with date of purchase and order number. All products returned for refund must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returned items, unless defective. At the sole discretion of The Vintage Microphone Store, defective items will be either repaired or exchanged for the same or equivalent model only. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
All merchandise purchased from The Vintage Microphone Store must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty card(s). A printed copy of your online sales receipt must be included with the product.
When returning an item, place the product box into a sturdy shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original product package. For your protection, the product must be shipped via a traceable method, UPS or FedEx is recommended. We also recommend that you insure the package with the carrier. The Vintage Microphone Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
