My Reasons For eBay!!!


I get most of my items through consignment from local families in the North Scottsdale area. This is a great thing for not only myself as I'm able to offer so much more inventory in different sizes, but also a great way for people in my community to have a place to sell their own kids and personal clothes. All my customers know the rules. Their houses must be smoke free and their clothes must be in excellent condition. These clothes must also pass my inspection. Anything I wouldn't let my own kids wear or I wouldn't wear myself won't be listed. So far its been great. These items have been listed for a while now without complaint, so as long as it works for you and I we will keep going with it, but its taken a while for me to update my ME page...
I strive for 100% satisfaction.

Please contact me before leaving feedback if you are unhappy with a purchase. I can't fix a problem if I don't know about it. If you have a complaint no matter how minor please contact me and I will do my best to help you out. I can't control the US Postal Service, if they break an item or lose it I will work with you on claiming the item if you have purchased insurance. 99% of my items come with delivery confirmation so I will send that information to you, if for some reason your item doesn't arrive I will contact my Post Office and see what I can find out, but again you must give me a chance to fix the problem or else I won't know about it!

I want you to be satisfied. I am a stay at home Mom. This is a business to me a way I earn extra money for the family fun stuff. I do not take my business lightly. Instead I follow up on all emails, and make an effort to resolve any and all differences. The best way to make contact is through the eBay email forwarding system. I am on the computer constantly much to my husband's dismay so I am always checking my emails and auctions.

We live in Sunny Arizona so all my items are shipped from here. I always have the shipping price listed in my auctions just plug in your zip code or choose the country and it will give you the shipping options.
