We are Michael and Elizabeth Walters. We have an astonishing collection of vintage millinery feather and flower trims that we have been privileged to sell and ship all over the world during the past 13 years. Our buyers have included an amazingly diverse group of artisans, top notch milliners (hat makers), craftsman, designers, fly tiers and retail establishments. Our trims have been presented on the Martha Stewart show, appeared on Philip Treacy creations, and used by the costume designer for the Metropolitan Opera to name just a few. We have been selling them on Ebay for about 8 years and are Power Sellers with an Ebay store- "Vintage Feathers and More". We list other items as well as we procure them. We also sell items for other people from time to time.
We do our best to provide great service and value to our buyers. While we consider all sales final (unless item is grossly misrepresented or inaccurately described), if you are unhappy for any reason, please send us an email and we can to work to resolve it. We do our best to follow the basic blueprint to life as outlined by God in the Holy Bible, observe and attend to Ebay guidelines and work hard to ensure mutual satisfaction for all involved. Our desire is for you to be a happy, satisfied buyer who wants to come back again and again. If you read our feedback, you'll see that most people do. Buyers are to contact us within 24 hours of making a store/auction purchase, and pay us within 3 days of receiving invoice unless other arrangements have been agreed to by both parties. We accept Paypal. If making payment via Paypal is inconvenient or objectionable to you, please contact us via email to discuss options. For those who are making multiple purchases, we have a fabulous combined shipping deal. We are usually able to charge postage for just the first item and the rest ship either free or with minimal adjustments, unless you are purchasing items other than the very light hat trims we primarily sell. Insurance is available through the USPS but not required. Almost all of our items ship with delivery confirmation. In general, we ship about once a week, but if you have a special shipping need, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We leave feedback for our transactions.
You can also find our trims at our Etsy store - VintageFeathers - where we have items that are not listed on ebay and some very special offers from time to time. To be kept up to date on our new additions and special offerings, which include deep discounts, you can sign up for our VintageFeathers "Newsflash", an enewsletter available to our premium buyers who want to be kept current on our listings and sales so they don't miss out. It is the best way we have to let you know what is currently available in our marketplace. Please contact us directly to add your name to it as it not the same as our ebay newsletter.
