Terms of Sale, Information and answers for most Bidder questions

We assure you, we do not sell knockoffs, look-a-likes or imitation brands and must maintain this high level status on eBay or eBay would remove us. Please take the time to read our Feedback.
We always carefully inspect all the items we sell to be sure the items are flawless and perfect before listing them on eBay. This is our assurance to you that you will get the best possible product at the lowest possible price.
If the item is not {Flawless}, it will be clearly stated in the description. It might be a sample or display that might contain a scuff or a slight scratch and if so, we will always state this blemished condition in the description.
Warranty Questions
We have been advised that for our watch items to be correctly and legally identified as {BRAND NEW}, they must go out to you exactly as offered by the Manufacture. This means the watch must be in the original factory box, with all the original paper work and a {Valid Factory Warranty} that can only be offered by an {Authorized Dealer}. The watch must not be altered or opened to replace the battery and the factory watch box and contents cannot be changed, altered, or substituted in any way.
We automatically provide our valid one-year warranty or an extended warranty on all the watches we sell. The extended warranty, if offered, is always mentioned in the descriptions beside the watch.

For over 20 years, we have had watchmakers and watch repair people in our company for the repair contracts we have with Store Chains, private individuals and jewelry stores etc. This has helped give us the knowledge and experience to be able to repair any type of watch. You can be assured the warranty we give you is valid and reliable for the full term stated.
Factory Boxes, Instructions and Alterations
Selling Restrictions from many of our item suppliers do not allow us to sell the items in a factory box with factory papers; therefore, we do not keep factory model numbers or boxes.
Because we sell most of our items for about half or less of the suggested retail price, our suppliers feel {No Factory box or Factory papers} helps stop people from taking our items to a store for a full cash value refund or an {In store credit}.
Genuine Factory Boxes may be permitted for resale by some of our suppliers. If so, we will state that in the auction description, but we will still provide you with our own warranty with the watches we sell. That is because the watch Manufactures do not honor a {Factory Warranty} without a proper sales slip from an authorized dealer as we stated above. Please be assured, in most cases our warranty and service is equal to, or better than, that offered by the Manufactures.
Watch instructions that come boxed with many new style watches when they first come out are often incorrect or incomplete. When you get the new watch instructions from the factory web page, or by using the {Instructions Button} on the auction page, you can be sure you will always have the up-to-date and corrected operating instructions. We will include correct instructions if we have them or will give you assistance in finding the link to the instructions if you cannot locate them. We also can provide phone numbers to order printed instructions and some additional generic instructions. Just email us at sales@watchliquidators.com.
If Gift boxes are included with the watch, it will be stated in the auction description near to the picture.

for help. Band Reduction instructions may also be available if you find you need a slight adjustment to the watchband to make it smaller and want to do so yourself after you get your item.

Bid Cancelations
Seller reserves the right to end an Auction early or completely cancel the auction per the eBay rules.
Seller reserves the right to reject, cancel and refund any bid at any time from a bidder that falsely represents their country location.
A Bid is a binding obligation to purchase and pay for the winning auction item per the terms set forth here and with eBay.
A Bid Mistake placed by your eBay identification is your responsibility to cancel or pay for.
Cancellation of a Credit card or unauthorized return or delivery rejection of the item by the bidder is considered {Abandonment} of the item, and in no way alleviates the bidders of any financial responsibility to the seller nor does this cancel the sale. Abandoned items may be subject to storage fees.
Return/Exchange policy
We do offer exchanges for any reason for an exchange fee of $3.00 or 15% whichever is greater. All sales are final and there is no payment reversals accepted and no cash refunds paid for any reason unless so stated in the auction description beside the watch! You need to email ted@watchliquidators.com for help and return/exchange authorization or the mailed item will be refused.
Exchange or Replacement is exclusively at the seller's option and is subject to availability of the requested item. In addition, this must be agreed to within 72 hours upon your receipt of the watch and only with e-mail authorization.
For exchange or replacement, the returned item must be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED CONDITION and without physical damage or changes of any type and be accompanied by the {Return Authorization email Form}.
Non-paying Bidders
Non-paying winning bidders will be reported to eBay for the {Non-Payer eBay Strike} in two weeks and the item may be re-listed per eBay rules. Any doubts about an item, email us before bidding. Please see our feedback; you'll see we take pride in shipping the paid items immediately on the next weekday. We expect you to pay in the same manner as winner of the auction.
Shipping
Shipping prices are fixed and stated on the auction page for U.S. buyers. This includes shipping, handling and tracking by USPS Priority mail to any city in the USA or Canada.
Combined shipping rates are the same for both the USA and Canada at $5.00 U.S. each, when shipped in the same box as the first item unless stated differently on the auction page.
Other non-US and Canada winners, please get the shipping amount by using the {Shipping Rates} button on the auction page, or by email before paying for the watch. Be sure to include your address when requesting shipping costs. If the payment for shipping is incorrect, the item will not be shipped until it is corrected.
The buyer must pay for any overnight shipping requests and other additional costs requested before the item is shipped. We do not ship C.O.D.
The Buyer is always responsible for any shipping costs, taxes, tariffs or fees that may apply at any time to the winning item. We ship to the checkout data you enter and when the address is wrong or the USPS returns the item to us, you will be required to pay a {Re-Shipping} fee of $5.00 U.S.
We will not lie to your Government and Customs Agents about the value of the item and we will not call this purchase a gift.
Shipping Damage
Shipping Damage, Warranty Repair or Replacement is exclusively at the seller's discretion. When meeting the warranty conditions, a return authorization and instructions must be agreed to by email and be included with the returned item or it may be refused.
Shipping costs, fees, taxes, and duties are the winner's responsibility. We do this all by eBay rules & regulations and we take them seriously. EBay is one of the greatest world market places to buy and sell goods and your satisfaction is always our highest priority.
Feedback
We have an automated feedback software program set up that will leave feedback for you after your account is paid, the item has been delivered, you are happy and have left feedback for us through your eBay auction page. We would ask that you contact us and wait to work out any issues you may have with us, or the eBay item before leaving negative feedback on eBay. Negative feedback will not fix a problem nor will it hurry a solution.
Payments
Paypal and credit card payments will only be shipped to the PayPal address and the exact Credit card billing address on U.S.A. sales in the U.S.A. They must also be completed on the ChannelAdvisor checkout system.
Credit Card and Paypal transactions may not be accepted from buyers outside of the United States and Canada because delivery addresses cannot be verified on the CVS system(Card Verification System).
Payment notices that you will receive will be from eBay on your successful win. Then you will receive additional payment reminders from Watch Liquidators until the item is paid. Occasionally an auction transaction can slip through the cracks. So, if you keep getting payment reminders or do not receive a {Tracking} number within five business days after the payment attempt, please contact us. When this happens we normally find that you paid your electronic payment incorrectly by not matching the billing name and address to the shipping name and address. In some cases you tried to a wrong PayPal email address and has not been credited to our PayPal account. If this happens, we will help you correct this problem if we can.
Water Resistant
The term {Water Resistant} does not mean it is a {Dive Watch} or a watch suitable for swimming. Email for more help with this question.
Taxes
By bidding on this auction, you state you are a responsible adult and agree to the sale and delivery terms and description definitions stated and tied to this sale and understand Customer satisfaction is by exchange only with no cash refunds. All shipping costs are the Buyers responsibility.
