I have been a member of eBay since 1999 and have been selling here since then.
My late husband & I started collecting many years ago when we purchased our Federation style home which was built in the 1920's.
Over the years we have collected everything and anything old and interesting to fill our home with nostalgia. Old radio's, old tools, art deco, Australian Citron Glass, Uranium Glass, Kerosene Lamps, Australian Pottery, Kitchenalia and the list goes on. I am now in the process of departing with many of those collectables. So keep an eye on my listings, add me to your favourite sellers list, you just never know what I will decide to part with next.
As a seller, I take pride in the fact that I am a very honest person & would never knowingly deceive anyone.
I try to find as much information I can, on an item before I list and I post plenty of pictures from all angles for you to see. I want you to be confident when making a purchase from me, with no hidden surprises. My Feedback will speak for itself.
For hassle free buying on Ebay I recommend you get to know the seller. How do you do that? The best way I know how, is to read all their feedback, read what other buyers have said about them, especially checking into the negative feedbacks. Heed the warnings if they are there. Make sure you understand and read everything in the auction.Little things such as where the seller lives, payment methods they accept, currency they list in,and where they ship to, is all very important and best known before you place a bid. Make sure you know, shipping costs before bidding and any extra's such as P& H fees a seller may add.
Ask plenty of questions to satisfy yourself. It is very important to me, that you the buyer, be happy with your transaction, so I don't mind answering. I would be very wary of sellers that don't reply to your questions.
I ship all my items with
Australian Post and I only charge what Australia Post charges no added extras. If there has been an overcharge with shipping fees (sometimes what is calculated online and what I get charged for at the PO differs) I always refund the over charge.
NB If you live in Western Australia I can't stress strongly enough to get post quotes before bidding
