We are a family run business that has been in the Gun and Knife industry since the early part of 2004. We started out very small, with just a small inventory of items that we would list online from time to time. Over the last couple of years we have continued to grow and expand, gaining more inventory and other route of marketing and selling our products. We have been listing and selling successfully online now for sometime, and enjoy the opportunity to be able to bring our excellent products, but most importantly our superb customer service to the online community. Being a family business we are able to help keep costs low by employing only a minimal staff, which consists mainly of direct family members.
Today we have an expanded inventory, and warehouse storage center for our items, always updating and receiving new and unusual items as they become available to us. Some items we receive we will be able to keep in stock and maintain, while others are purchased on a closeout basis, and only one or two of each item may be available. Even though it creates a bit more overhead, we keep ALL items we have listed in stock. We DO NOT drop ship like many sellers. We believe having the items in stock allows us to ship in a timely manner, and allows us to quality check the items for accuracy and defects before they are shipped. We believe that this is all part of the responsibility a seller has to the buyer to ensure timely delivery and quality defect free products.
We take great pride in providing excellent customer service to all of our customers, whether you purchase one knife, or hundreds of knives. We take great pride in offering great products to our customers at fair and reasonable price. We try to provide the most accurate and best information possible in our auction descriptions. Unless otherwise stated all of our items are new in the box and never used. We sometimes have boxes that are damaged during shipment to us. However, we check to make sure the damage to the box, hasn't been passed on to the item inside. Any item that is damaged or has a noticeable flaw, we try to mention and be honest about in our auction. If you receive an item, that has significant damage that wasn't disclosed in the auction please contact us via email, within 3 days of receiving the item and we will work something out to correct the issue. Our goal is to keep everyone happy, seller, and customer as well.
I always appreciate positive feedback, and will generally try to leave feedback within 7-10 business days after the auction ends. I like to wait for delivery to ensure everyone is completely satisfied before leaving feedback. Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated and helps build our reputation as a quality and dependable seller. We generally ship items 6 days a week, and 99% of the time your item will ship within 36 hours of making payments. Most shipments should arrive within 3-5 business days, but some larger Parcel Post items could take longer, especially if traveling to the extreme Western US. If you haven't received your shipment after 7 business days, please contact me.

Shipping:
The majority of our orders ship with delivery confirmation, and you will be provided the tracking number, usually with a message from PayPal, when it is issued to us. This number can be used at USPS.com to track your package. It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for your package to enter the system, because USPS only updates their tracking once daily. You will always be notified of your tracking number or shipment status of your order, most generally through an automatic PayPal or eBay shipping notification message. If you have not heard from us, please check your eBay messages, or your Spam folder for the shipping notification.
We provide safe and secure shipping of our items, always in padded protected envelopes or bubble wrapped packaging. We list our shipping as a Flat Rate Shipping Service. This means the item, depending on shape, size, weight, can be shipped USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS Priority at our discretion only. If you have a preference or a request, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. If you need an item fast, please contact us and inform us and we will work with you on pricing of expedited shipping charges. Each of these shipping methods has a variable shipping time. Please when leaving a positive feedback consider the date the item was shipped, and not when you received it, since I cannot be responsible for delivery time once USPS has the package.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND VARYING LAWS IN OTHER NATIONS, THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME WE ONLY SHIP TO THE US. ALTHOUGH WE SINCERELY APPRECIATE THE INTERNATIONAL INTEREST IN OUR PRODUCTS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO SHIP SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE U.S. WHICH MEANS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO COMPLETE ANY TRANSACTION THAT INVOLVES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDRESSES, THAT HASN'T BEEN APPROVED THROUGH US FIRST. Buyers if you bid on our items, and you win, please be sure to complete the transaction and pay. We have been having a lot of trouble lately with non-paying bidders. We don't like to report an unpaid item (UPI) on anyone, but this is our only option when you refuse to respond to us or communicate with us. We know that sometimes, messages and invoices end up in the Spam folder. It has happened to us before, and realize that honest mistakes do occur. But please contact us, if you need special arrangements or a longer time to pay for your item, we are very understanding and are willing to work with you. If you avoid us, and don't respond to us, you will be reported to eBay after 10 days of close of auction or after 10 days of the point of sale. We don't want to point anyone out, but it seems to be mostly new eBay members, not following through on their purchases. 99.9% of our customers new eBayer's or pro's have been excellent and we greatly appreciate it. We allow anyone to bid on our items, regardless of new status, or feedback. We feel that everyone should be able to start somewhere, and don't hold the feedback against our customers. However, because of recent non paying bidders we might have to update and change that policy, as much as we hate too. Another thing we are looking into, is the possibility of having immediate payment on Buy It Now purchases. We don't want to have to do that either, but we have had several Buy It Now transaction, not completed. This is just an up front request, to honor your contract, and complete the sale, if you are the winner, once the auction or sale is over.
