How soon can I expect my order to ship after it has been paid for?

All orders will be scheduled to ship within 3 business days AFTER payment is received, with the exception of personal/business checks which will be shipped 10 days after being deposited.

Is the item up for auction Brand New or Previously Owned?

We sell both.  All items will specify if they are Brand New or Previously Owned.  Most (but not all) of our Brand New items include a factory warranty, please be sure to ask if you aren't sure.

Does your item come with the manufacturer's supplied accessories?

If the item is Brand New, it will include all the manufacturer's supplied accessories.

Previously owned items may not, and often do not, include any of the accessories.   Whatever accessories we do have such as the manual or power cord will be noted in the auction.  If it is not mentioned in the listing, it is not included with the item.  But again, please feel free to email me on any item to check on the item you are interested in.

What if I need this item before the auction ends?

We are often times able to end the auction early if you need it sooner then the end date provided there are no bids already placed on the item (Other then your own).  Sometimes a buy-it-now price will be the same as the opening bid, sometimes it is higher, and on occasion, we will take less.   Please place your bid accordingly and don't be afraid to ask.

What shipping methods do you use, and can I upgrade my shipping?

We use UPS and USPS as shipping sources. Yes, Shipping method can be upgraded for an additional fee. Please contact us at 1-888-794-4000 .

If I live in Southern CA can I pick up from your retail location and do I have to pay CA taxes?

Yes, customers can pick up merchandise from our retail location with at least 24 hours prior notification, so that we may prepare the order. Any pick up or shipping within CA are subject to CA taxes.

What if the reserve price is not met?

AJ's doesn't believe in "Hiding" behind reserve price auctions.  We are always upfront and honest about the price we want for our items, and that is the opening bid.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards by phone for our US customers, Paypal, money orders, or local pickup.  We ship to confirmed Paypal addresses only.

Do you ship to alternate addresses?

No, we only ship to the billing address if payment is made by credit card through Paypal..If you pay by check, we can ship to anywhere in the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We will ship to any country, please be aware of your countries duties/taxes/customs/surcharges as we have no control over these.  Also be aware of the price of shipping to your country.  You may email me for a quote at any time, preferably before the end of the auction.

What do I do if I think there is a problem with my shipment?

Please contact Michele and have all your information handy and she will resolve your issues.  If your item was damaged in shipment, you must keep the box and all packaging materials for the shipping company to inspect.  If you don't, your insurance coverage may be void.

What if I hit the "Buy it Now" by mistake?

All buyers are responsible for their actions and are held accountable for the bid they have contracted.

What do I do if I no longer want the item I am bidding on?

If a potential buyer is the current high bidder on an item, he or she is held accountable to retract that bid before close of auction. If bid is not retracted and the buyer is the winning high bidder, he or she is responsible to follow through with their obligation and purchase the item.

What if the item I won is not available or was listed in error?

We reserve the right to upgrade an item for equal or better value in the event that it is not in stock. For items listed in error, we reserve the right to void all sales and refund in full any payments recieved on the said item within 72hrs.

Acceptable forms of payment are: PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, & Credit Card by Phone (US Customers).

Please allow 10 business days for all forms of check and non-US Postal Money Orders to clear our account prior to shipping.

We ONLY ship to confirmed addresses (Paypal).

CA winning bidders will be subject to 8.25% sales tax. 

Shipping prices quoted in auctions are for the Lower 48 States, UPS Serviceable addresses only.   PO Boxes, Military, AK, HI, and International shipping will be different.

If you can not abide by our Terms and Conditions please do not bid!

RETURN POLICY

AJ's offers a 48 hour inspection period and DOA policy for defective items only (for the identical model) provided the following guidelines are followed:

 

  • Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
     
  • Item is returned to us in the same condition received.

     
  • Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
