Payment Options
There are several payment options available. These are listed and outlined below. All payments should be made in US funds within 10 days of initial contact after close of auction. If something comes up and payment is delayed, emailing me and maintaining communication prevents negative feedback.
- Money Order.
A money order can be used for payment as long as it is made in US funds. Other country specific money orders are not accepted. International money orders are accepted.
- Cashier's Check
This is not a personal check or a traveler's check. This is a check that you obtain at your bank. Like a money order, you "pay" cash for these and the bank prints them out. These must be in US funds.
- Personal Check
This is a check drawn on your personal checking or savings account. I do accept personal checks in US funds. I often hold these until they clear my bank before I ship your item.
- Paypal Payment
Paypal is a wonderful, newly added option. There is no charge to use paypal. At this time, however, you must be a US resident to use paypal. Paypal is a place to make your payments online. You just open an account with them. It is totally free, you are not required to have a credit card to open an account, but it takes about 2 weeks to activate your account if you don't. They give you 5.00 for signing up. They also give you 5.00 for every person that signs up and says your referred them. If you don't have an account, and would like to open a new one, please tell them that sparrow@itexas.net is your referer. You can pay with an online check, mastercard, visa, or funds you have deposited here. Payment is confirmed by Paypal within the day. Please see the link in the links section of this page to visit the paypal website.
- BillPoints Payment
BillPoints is a new service offered on eBay. With BillPoints, you can pay with visa, mastercard, or online check. This feature is offered through eBay. I have signed up for the convience of my buyers,however, there is a charge for paying through BillPoints. This company charges me every time you pay with it. In order to keep my starting bids lower, I must keep my costs lower. For this reason, if you elect to pay with BillPoint, additional shipping charges will apply. These charges start at .39 cents and can reach as high as .39 cents plus 3.95% of the final auction value plus shipping. If you are paying with visa, mastercard, or online check and are a US resident, I recomend PayPal over BillPoints. There is no charge for paypal. BillPoints can be used for international orders, where paypal cannot. Please understand, if you choose to pay with BillPoints, there will be an additional charge to your final auction plus shipping charges. I have no control over this, If you would like to know why they charge, you will have to ask them.
- Visa, Mastercard, and ONLINE Checks
You may use your Visa, Mastercard, or Online Check in US funds to pay for your purchases. This is done through Paypal or Billpoints. Please refer to the previous two descriptions to learn more about these options.

Shipping Information
Shipping costs vary with each item. I do my best to keep the shipping costs to a minimum. The materials to pack your item include items such as bubble wrap, tissue paper, poly bags, bubble mailers, boxes, brown paper, etc. This is why the handling charge. The handling charge is always nominal. International shipping is higher than US shipping because of the actual postal charges that apply. The rates vary per country, so please email for the rates you need before you bid. US Military Bases in other countries are generally considered domestic shipping so the US price is usually correct. Contact me for confirmation of this. It is your responsibility to contact me before the auction ends with any questions that you may have. Please allow me time to respond to the email. I normally check my email every morning before 8:00 am CST, and in the evenings after 10:00 pm CST. I am often on during other times, and will respond to your email as soon as I recieve and read it. Insurance is always optional. I cannot be held responsible for any items damaged during shipping if you do not request insurance. I do generally package my items well, and breakage has not been a common problem. Insurance is usually .85 cents. This is for any product valued up to 50.00 US Dollars. I will ship to another address. If you win one of my auctions, but want the package shipped to another address than your own, I can do that. If you let me know that this is going somewhere else, I will include a short greeting from you with your package. If you do not want the person to know that the item came from an eBay auction, you need to let me know so that I do not include the eBay description with your item. Please refer to the list below for shipping date policies.

Item normally ships within 48 hours of reciept of payment.
- Cashier's Check
Item normally ships within 48 hours of reciept of payment.
- Personal Check
Item may be held until check clears my bank. This can take up to 10 business days. If your feedback is greater than 35 and all good, your item may be shipped sooner.
- PayPal Payment
Item normally ships within 48 hours of Paypal confirmation. Paypal generally confirms payment within an hour of you making the payment.
- BillPoints Payment
Item ships within 48 hours after my bank confirms your payment as recieved. According to BillPoints, this can take up to 7 business days.
- Visa, Mastercard, Online Check
Please refer to the PayPal or BillPoints shipping. This type of payment is made through one of them.
