The way we do business:
If your happy with the transaction, we'll see the feedback. If your not, please contact us. Communication is the key to any successful transaction. Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you need help, on how to give feedback, please let us know. We'll be glad to walk you through it. All items are inspected prior to listing to ensure good product. Our photo's are planned to show you what you are getting. We do our best to point out any defects that we can detect. Do not bid if you don't intend to complete the transaction. We do take the appropriate action against irresponsible bidders. We will make contact, with our winning bidders, within 24 hours of the auction end. Actually, it's usually within 12 hours, depending on when the auction ended. We expect you to make contact with us as well. If we haven't heard back from you within three days, we'll resend the data. That will be labeled as the Second Notification. If you haven't heard from us, please be sure that you don't have a spam filter activated that would prevent our email from reaching you.
