AUCTION TERMS:
• All bids are a legally binding contract. This is for charity, please do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price. All bids and sales are final.
• All bidders must be 18 years of age or older, and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Winning bidder may need to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of specific auction item(s). All listings involving airline travel must begin travel within the continental U.S. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply to any travel and/or lodging related listing.
• Winning bidder must provide a physical ship to address within the 48 contiguous United States. No post office boxes or military addresses will be accepted.
• The Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization - Tax ID: 95-3802159. Any amount paid above the fair market value of the auction item(s) is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Please consult your tax advisor for further information.
• Each auction may have additional terms, conditions or restrictions not mentioned in this section. Please read through the item description carefully for terms specific to this auction.
• We reserve the right to reject any bids, especially from users with a history of negative bids or bid retractions. We also reserve the right to screen and reject bidders and auction item winners at our reasonable discretion for auction items including, but not limited to Premieres, Set Visits, Meetings & Celebrity Experiences if there is a criminal history background.
• This item may not be used for advertising, promotional (including contests, other auctions and/or sweepstakes) or other commercial purposes. Such use will void the auction and no refunds will be given.
END OF AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS:
After winning an item, you have two check-out options:
• Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-Out button to the right to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
• Check-Out Later. If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase using PayPal.
PAYMENT:
• The WIRED Magazine benefiting the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation auction accepts PayPal, PayPal e-checks, Wire Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our secure online payment system. NO SALES TAX:
• No sales tax will be charged on any auction item, unless specified in the auction description.
SHIPPING:
• Most items will be shipped via UPS Ground service or Priority Mail within 5-7 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
• Shipping cost is $9.50 for each auction item won, unless otherwise specified in item description (no combined shipping). Shipping insurance up to $100 is already included in this price. Insurance above this value, if desired, is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states only for physical items, and all 50 states for certificates.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses. In the case of a rural route location, please provide a complete street address instead of a rural route address.
