SHIPPING
Shipping price includes: shipping charges, delivery confirmation services, shipping supplies, transportation and handling charges. We offer discounted shipping when more than one auction is won and is sent to a single address. Shipping Insurance is optional but is recommended. Please make sure the shipping address you input during checkout is correct, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. You will receive email notification of your shipment.
U.S. orders are usually delivered within 2-7 days after date of shipment.
International orders are usually delivered within 5-10 days after date of shipment. Please note that for International orders delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending on the speed of your countries customs agents.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
We accept returns if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was shipped.

PAYMENT
We accept: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Personal Checks (Paypal e-checks will be held until payment is cleared). If paying by Money Order or Personal Check, please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and the auction number. All payments are expected within 7 days after the auction has closed.
