Our main goal is to supply top quality product at a reasonable price. All of our Storage Bins and Cabinets are shipped direct from the Manufacturer. Shipping time is 3- 5 working days. Shipping charges are actual charges that we pay to ship your item. Posters are usually shipped within 2 to 3 days via the USPS. Shipping charges are usually $5.95 currently. This includes the cost of shipment plus the kraft tube it is shipped in. The kraft tubes go slower in the mail system than a normal letter. Please allow a few extra days when looking for delivery. When you make a purchase with us,you should receive a timely e-mail with an estimated time of shipment. After the item is shipped you will receive an email with shipping information. PLEASE- All e-mails are sent through the ebay message center. If you don't receive an e-mail from us, please let us know. We are depending on the message center and have no way of knowing if you receive the e-mail or not. We can only improve the system when we are informed that it is not functioning properly. This includes Storage Bins, Cases, Cabinets, Tool-Boxes, Small Parts Organizers, Artists Paint Supply Boxes, Craft Boxes and Scrap-booking Supply Boxes.
