For those who have asked, We chose our new name "woolverine" because we're a family owned business and we also own sheep. Our primary focus will be super-hero related games so we thought the name was catchy, appropriate, and the spelling acknowledges the pets :) ... Plus we don't want Marvel sending any cease and desist letters our way! :)

SHIPPING RATES
Individual auctions have shipping listed in the auction description. I do combine shipping on all multiple item orders - just wait for an invoice and you'll get the combined rate. Ebay’s system doesn’t show the additional item rate unless more than one item are still available in that auction/store item so please ask if you want to know the combined rates for particular items.
IMPORTANT
For multiple wins you must make a single payment
for all your Buy-it-Now and auction wins in order to qualify for combined shipping rates!
To determine shipping costs for different products
Apply the highest stcost, then use the added cost for all other items to calculate the shipping cost for all your other purchases.
INSURANCE NOTE
We reserve the right to self-insure packages! With our unconditional guarantee, self-insured packages are replaced or refunded faster and with less paperwork than would be required by postal carriers' insurance procedures.
FOREIGN ORDERS
Foreign shipping rates listed in our shipping charts are for air mail service, but do NOT include insurance or tracking of any kind. If you would like these services please contact us for a quote and wel let you know the cost as quickly as we can. Sorry, but without insurance or tracking we will not be responsible for loss or delays of packages.

MAKING A COMBINED PAYMENT USING PAYPAL
This is the description I include with my email invoice following your auction win(s)...
For multiple wins you must make a single e-payment for all your auctions in order to qualify for combined shipping rates!
The easiest way to do this is to login to paypal, click "send money" and enter the pertinent data (For auction #, include them all separated by commas) and edit the postage to bring the total to the correct balance. (If paypal lists postage but didn't combine it correctly you just credit or add to the postage using whatever amount makes your entire total correct.)
From an auction you could use an alternative method: 1) click on the Paypal "pay now" button in any of the auctions you won, then 2) adjust the postage fee so that the total is correct for your entire order. If you use this method I also recommend noting what auctions the payment covers (Items and #s) in the notes field just so they all become part of the paypal record and to help me verify the payment and order lists.
To make a payment for a Buy-It-Now or single auction simply click on the paypal button in the auction or in your ebay confirmation email and follow the instructions. Shipping will be automatically included in this case.
UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
My comprehensive 7 day return policy means you can return any item (in the condition received) for ANY reason within seven days of receipt (you must e-mail first) and I will refund your full purchase price including the shipping costs. If the return is due to a product defect or Woolverine Games error we'll also refund the return postage and the stamp used to mail payment. There is NO RISK when you buy from Woolverine Games!
REQUIRED:
You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your shipment and BEFORE you return any item. Please include the reason for your return (any reason accepted - we just want to know) You will receive a reply with return shipping instructions.

Most of our products are new and unused. We make every effort to examine every item and always note any defects in the auction description. Our goal is to not only satisfy, but impress every customer with our quality, speed, and friendliness. We also have a full unconditional guarantee on every purchase!
PACKING SHIPMENTS
Check out our feedback for 100 of positive comments about my packaging. Because we replace or fully refund any damaged or lost items we work VERY hard to get you your item quickly and in the condition advertised! All miniature game figures and card boxes are sent boxed NOT in bubble mailers! We do fully support recycling so you may receive your item in a re-used box.
Finally, packages are usually shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment, with only occasional delays. I want all my customers happy! I do reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days for personal checks to clear.
FEEDBACK POLICY
All transactions will receive positive feedback after the successful completion of the order. For efficiency we batch process responses so it can take a couple weeks in some circumstances. Thanks for your patience and thanks to everyone who leaves positive feedback for us!
NON PAYING BIDDERS: We will send at least three reminders to those who buy an item and do not pay, after which negative feedback will be left. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction end. If you have a problem with payment wee happy to work with you, but communication is required :)

SEARCHING TIPS
For Clix figures, I code my auction titles in a number of ways --
If you go to my EBAY STORE (www.stores.ebay.com/Comical) you will find categories set up for most product lines I sell, but you can also search by:
FIGURE: "Medic" "crimson hawk" "spider-man" would all work
LEVEL: Unique, Rookie, Experienced (or exp), Veteran, Green, and Elite
COMPANY: "Marvel" or "DC" You can also search by set:
"IC" = Infinity Challenge,
"CT"=Clobberin' Time,
"HT"=Hypertime
"DA"=Dark Age,
"FFE"=Fire for Effect.
"XP"=Xplosion
"CJ"=Cosmic Justice
"Indy"=Indyclix
"CM"=Critical Mass
"MSM", "DOR", "MOR"=the various VS System sets
and so on. Searching title only will always be more effective! (p>
Combining elements, you can find all my Xplosion Veteran figures by typing "xp veteran" or "rookie medic" will retrieve, you guessed it, all rookie medics from all the sets.
