I have always loved the weather (Most people who become successful meteorologists do!).
I grew up in the beautiful city of Madison, Wisconsin (GO BADGERS!). Luckily, a great university with a well-known Atmospheric Sciences department was close to home. After graduation, I entered the workforce as an meteorologist for the National Weather Service, first in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and later in central Illinois. My love of Wisconsin and the increasing needs of a growing family took me away from the National Weather Service and toward 'WeatherYourWay' late in 2004.
