We specialize in selling new and used children clothing, lovingly cared toys, and baby accessories, but you can also find something for you or someone dear to you.

Our used clothing is thoroughly inspected, adequately washed and kept in poly-bags.

Our toys have been tested, thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. We shrink-wrap or kept also in poly-bags the toys to keep them in clean and presentable condition during shipping.

We love to combine shipping to save you money, which is determined by your destination and the total of all the combined items.

It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I try hard to make each transaction a pleasant one. If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible. I would like the opportunity to correct any problem.

My ultimate goal is to maintain satisfied customers that are happy to make Nicks n Things one of their favorite eBay Stores. When our transaction is over I hope that you will leave positive feedback and I will be most happy to do the same for you!

RETURN POLICY:

I have made all possible attempts to sell only things that are in good condition. I will not list anything I would not buy for myself or my own kids! Items are sold "as is." I attempt to describe the item with great accuracy. However, since I am human and can make mistakes, please email me immediately if you have a problem. I will gladly discuss any problems and do my best to resolve the issue. I try very hard to be an honest seller. I will only offer a refund of the item(s) cost. Buyer must notify me of problem upon receipt of item or I will not accept return. Approved returns must be sent back within three days of receipt. Item(s) must be in same condition as received.

SHIPPING:

It is very important that you are aware that we do not determine the shipping costs In my listing I will give the weight of each item. If for some reason you happen to find a more economic way to ship it, please let me know I will gladly ship it that way. At this time I do not charge any handling charges, even though there are shipping supplies, gas, etc., and other costs. And you know that costs for everything just keep going up.

Another thing that I cannot control is the shipping time that UPS or FedEx or the US Parcel Post might take to deliver your item. You must consider the distance between the origin and the destination also, besides the type of service that you are requesting.

All my packages leave from the New York/New Jersey area, so a package going to Pennsylvania will get there in a couple of days, while a package going to Texas or California will take much longer.

I try to ship all my packages between 24 and 48 hours after receiving payment.
