WELCOME TO YOGI'S TREASURES Hello, my name is Tom, I'm Yogi. My daughter and I are the driving force behind Yogi's Treasures. We have been eBay members since 1999. We started selling in the spring of 2003. We're having fun finding our treasures and presenting them to the eBay community. Most of our treasures come from garage sales, estate auctions, or thrift stores. Occasionally we will buy things at local stores for resale. Everything we offer in our auctions is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and tested before it is listed, with the exception of new sealed items.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Our #1 Goal Is 100% customer satisfaction. To that end we offer an unconditional money back guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied with anything you purchase from us contact us within three (3) business days of receiving it, determined by delivery confirmation date, to receive a full refund of your purchase price less shipping/handling fees. You must return the item in the same condition as shipped. When we receive it we will issue your refund. The return shipping charges will be fully refunded. If we have misrepresented the item in the auction listing all shipping charges will be reimbursed.
PAYMENT INFORMATION WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY PAYPAL, OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction's end. If we don't receive it within 10 days we reserve the right to relist the item and file the appropriate claims with eBay. International payments are accepted through PayPal. Payment should be in U.S. Dollars. We are very easy to work with. If you experience an unexpected financial problem after winning an auction we are more than willing to work with you to come to a mutual agreement, but you must contact us within 10 days.
SHIPPING INFORMATION We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Items over 5lbs. or large items might be shipped UPS Ground depending on your location. Books are normally shipped USPS Media Mail. If you would like some other form of shipping e-mail us before paying and we accommodate you if possible. We use a shipping calculator in our auctions. This is for U.S. shipping only.International shipping will probably be higher. International bidders should email for shipping rates before bidding. Shipping insurance is optional on most items but recommended since it protects both you and us. On fragile items and more expensive items insurance will be required. We take great pride in our careful packaging of our treasures so breakage is unlikely but things do get lost in shipping occasionally. We have never had this happen but it is a possibility. Shipping/Handling charges will be actual shipping cost plus $1.00 handling charge on most items. If an item requires special packaging or is extra large or heavy the handling charge could be higher but will normally never be over $2.00. Items requiring truck freight could have a larger handling fee.
COMBINED SHIPPING We will combine shipping, when possible, on all auctions won in a 7 day period. You must contact us before paying for the first item you win in order to get combined shipping. Our definition of combined shipping is, all items won will be packaged together and shipping will be based on total weight and your Zip Code. ITEMS FOR SALE To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
