To pay by credit card over the phone, call (717)773-1097. Please have your order number ready when calling. If mailing checks (please see the "Contact Us" tab above for the address) and please include a copy of your invoice with payment. Allow 5 business days for personal checks to clear. Order will be shipped once check clears.
We ship most items UPS Ground or Priority Mail within one business day of receiving your payment and email you a tracking number upon shipment for your order.
When combining some items, shipping will be higher than expected through our system. Give us a call and we can work with you to find the most economical shipping option.

We do ship internationally to Canada. If you are an international customer or outside the lower 48, please email us for a shipping quote to your destination.

Merchandise may be returned to us in it's original packaging for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Items must arrive in good condition ( unless return is due to damage). If item is damaged due to poor packaging, a refund will not be issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless item is defective, than we will pay for shipping the item back. You must contact us first to receive an RMA# before sending an item back. This allows us to track the package accurately.
