Postage and handling policy

• If you are the successful bidder of a second item, we offer a 50% discount on the smaller items' postage and handling if dispatched at the same time as your first item and only if it is not going to a PO Box. You must email us with all the auction numbers you want consolidated into one shipment and ask us to hold it for you. You must still pay for each item within 3 business days of winning.
• Freight is more costly to remote WA and FNQ so some remote areas may need to pay a freight surcharge. Feel free to email us with specific questions.
• We dispatch once a week.

Bidding Terms & Conditions

• If you are the successful bidder, you must complete the sale transaction within 3 business days from the time of auction end.
• We can't dispatch your items until we receive full payment. Payment means cleared funds in our bank account.
• We normally dispatch once per week after receiving your payment. But please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (we don't know why, Australia Post just works that way). Check our feedback for a good idea of how quickly we dispatch.
• Neither our courier company nor Australia Post deliver on weekends nor after hours.
• The pictures contained within our listings are for illustration purposes only. So unless the description says the photo is of the actual item there may be colour or printing variations. The shipped product may have minor design differences from the box photo.
• If your item arrives and it isn't as described, or there is a problem, please email us before leaving feedback. We always attempt to resolve any issues amicably.
• No item prices include GST. Unless specified in the listing it is not a taxable supply and GST will not be charged.

Returns Policy

• All items are sold as-is.
• Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 14 day exchange or refund policy only if the item was not as described in the listing or is dead on arrival.
• You must return the item in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and a copy of the invoice.
• All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.
• Each box must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Call or email us for a RA number.
• All returns without the RA number will not be accepted. Replacements will be exchanged or refund provided at our discretion within 14 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise or eligible refund request.
• You are responsible for return shipping charges.
• We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.
